Sias Orchids is a luxury-minimalist skincare brand that creates handcrafted, small-batch products made with natural and ethically sourced ingredients. Each item is infused with love, purpose, and care. A portion of every sale supports orphans and rehabilitation programs in Sierra Leone through The Awakening of Hope.

Yes, all our products are handcrafted in small batches to maintain quality and freshness.
3 – Are your products natural or organic?
We use high-quality, natural, and organic ingredients whenever possible. Our formulas are free from harsh chemicals and designed to nourish the skin.
Orders & Shipping
1 – How long does shipping take?
Orders are processed within 3–5 business days. Delivery usually takes 3–7 business days within the U.S. depending on location.
2 – Do you ship internationally?
No, not yet, but working on it, and can’t wait to offer this service.
3 – How can I track my order?
Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with tracking details so you can follow your package.
4 – Can I modify or cancel my order?
If you need to make a change, please contact hello@siasorchids.com, within 24 hours. Once processing begins, orders can’t be changed or canceled.
Returns & Refunds
1 – What is your return policy?
Returns are accepted within 14 days of purchase. Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging. A 20% restock fee applies to all returns.
2 – How do I request a return?
Email hello@siasorchids.com with your order number and reason for return. We’ll guide you through the process.
3 – What if my product arrives damaged?
If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with photos of the item and packaging. We’ll issue a replacement or refund.

Yes, most are. Our formulas are gentle and nourishing, but we recommend patch testing before first use.
2 – Do your products contain preservatives?
Only when necessary to ensure safety and shelf life. We use skin-safe, paraben-free preservatives in water-based products.

Keep them in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.
4 – Are your products cruelty-free?
Yes, we are proudly cruelty-free and never test on animals.
